March Masika (a yoga tour)

On the roof of the SC Aquarium. I love How much Beth encourages her students to make the practice their own. Her calming voice guides them through asanas while leaving room for creativity within each posture. It was really inspiring to watch a practice from a teachers perspective. It takes a lot of skill to bring a group of people together and keep their attention/focus. Beth makes it look so easy…
